These terms of use govern your access to and use of the website at ecofluxltd.com (the "site"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;

- place unreasonable load on the site, including through automated scraping that disrupts its operation.

Unless stated otherwise, we own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in the site and its content, including text, layout, graphics and the EcoFlux name and marks. These are protected by law.

Applications published by EcoFlux Ltd are supplied under their own terms, presented in the application or on its store listing, together with the terms of the relevant app store. Those terms govern your use of the application. These website terms do not replace them.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.
